Job Description

  • To help students with admission application to university
  • To be able using student management system or IT system
  • To work with students from time to time in order to ensure they got most support in their process.
  • Manage the administration of the catch-up areas.
  • Provide general administrative support as appropriate according to the needs of the school.
  • To manage the behavior management system database, recording data, managing information and producing regular reports.
  • To assist in the administration of the new intake.
  • Assist with the pastorally related administration which may include:
    • To co-ordinate data, documents, and prepare reports for students, and parents.
    • To help maintain the school's database with regard to options, data sheets, admissions, and leaves.
    • To assist with the provision of statistical returns.
    • Provide general financial administration e.g. process payments and orders.
  • Be aware of and comply with policies and procedures relating to child protection, health, safety and security, confidentiality and data protection, report all concerns to an appropriate person.
  • Be aware of, support and ensure equal opportunities for all.
  • Contribute to the overall ethos/work/aims of the school.
  • Appreciate and support the role of other professionals.
  • Attend and participate in relevant meetings as required.
  • Participate in training and other learning activities and performance development as required.

Position Requirements

  • Experience of working in an education service, schools, universities, at least one year.
  • Experience of working and dealing with students in their own field.
  • Bachelor degree in education, English or Khmer studies, psychology, teaching, management, or any other related field.
  • Good knowledge of English (At least Cambridge English First Certificate, FCE, or IELTS 6.0)
  • Ability to work constructively as part of a team.
  • Ability to relate well to student and their parents
  • Ability to deal with medium level and high level customer.
  • Very good ICT and record keeping skills.
  • Very good administrative skills.
  • Full working knowledge of relevant policies/codes of practice and awareness of legislation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good organising, planning and prioritising skills.
  • Methodical with a good attention to detail
