Job Description

Position: Building Manager  

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Increase sale volume to the maximum
  • Maintain the great relationship with existing tenant
  • Establish good relationship with all the property agencies and its subordinator
  • Responsive feedback/solution to tenant’s issue, comment and complaint.
  • Maintain and upgrade service quality in the building to the highest standard.
  • Organize tenant event annually.
  • Drafting and updating emergency plans and evacuation procedures
  • Making financial report and submit to owner.
  • Setting rule and regulation for staffs
  • Employee’s salary review annually
  • Update employee’s agreement and
  • Encouraging employee to work to the highest potential
  • Arrangement  for building improvements
  • Recruiting contractors and inspecting completed jobs
  • Inspecting the building frequently for signs of damage or in a due to recondition
  • Maintaining records of tenants and updated tenant information regularly
  • Lease agreement updated/modifies due to the actual condition under the interest of the building.
