To know and practice the MISSION, VISION, OUR IDENTITY & SECRET GOAL of the company. To receive guest and attends to their needs and inquiries at the Spa. Welcome and greet guest warmly and ensure that they are comfortable. Must give attention to her/his appearance in a moderate attractive manner in order to sell the image of the company to new clientele. Keep records of business transactions, receiving payments and issues invoices. Reports to the Manager directly the Daily Revenue, Procurements and any other documents pertaining to the operations.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide guidance to clients on Spa procedures. (Appendix 1)
- Answers telephone calls and provides accurate information to the clients. (Appendix 2)
- Be familiar with the services we offer and make recommendations to the guest. (Appendix 3)
- Keep reception area clean and conducive for the clients.
- Maintains professionalism and appearance. (Appendix 4)
- Updates client for current promotions and discounts offered.
- Educate clients the benefits of the services we offer.
- Process payments.
- Open and closes the Spa @ appropriate time.
- Assisting in getting clientele feed backs.
- Resolving guest complains and ensuring guest satisfaction and inform the manager about the incidence. (Appendix 7)
- Call the Manager and document everything and signed by witness.
- Reports Daily Revenue to the Manager.
- Responsible for the stock inventory level of our products.
- Responsible for the schedule of the Therapist.
- Responsible for the procurement of the equipments and other spa maintenance.
