Role and Responsibilities

Primary Tasks:

  • Back Office Management & Operation
  • Complete Company Objectives & Goal

Secondary tasks:

  • Respond to Enquiries and request from top management
  • Maintain accurate and complete record of expenses and claim status
  • Keep top manager informed appropriately regarding back office status
  • Managing attendance, contract & data
  • Publish financial, sale & marketing report
  • Keep track of inventory, assets & maintenance schedule
  • Online & monthly report

Position Requirements

  • Holding a Bachelor Degree (Management/Admin)
  • At least one year experience in related position
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to work with multiple tasks in the same time
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Proficiency knowledge in Computer skills
  • Be able to communicate in English language
