1.    Monitor sales staff performance to ensure that goals are met.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or Master degree in Sales & Marketing is preferable
  • A minimum of 2-3 years experiences in a supervisor position in sales, preferable in the field of Automotive Business
  • Problem solving skills supervisory skills,
  • Willing to develop knowledge in technical products
  • Good written and interpersonal communication skills in English, Chinese is advantage.
  • Be honest and hardworking
  • Able to work under high pressure of sales target
