Job Description

  • The scope  work  the  is  follow-up  organizational structures  governance options that supports  potential  linkage  value chain developments.
  • The SME Specialist also reviews enterprise models that  integrated  community management  forest resources  both Community Forests (CFs)  Community Protected Areas (CPAs).
  • The SME Specialist shall develop guidelines  the range  demonstration sites  options including strengths  weaknesses  each  how models can  (i) selected,  (ii) established  monitored.
  • The scope  work supports conservation-based sustainable livelihoods strategies  the Project.

Position Requirements

  • At least  undergraduate degree. A post graduate degree  business administration  organizational management preferred.
  • Minimum  8  work experience  in  type  outputs specified below
  • Must have direct experience  working  enterprise  organization development within  context  livelihood improvement strategies  planning, including both structural  organizational systems  options,  formation  operation.
  • Experience must include capacity building  new enterprises.
  • Possess past experience  Cambodia  neighbouring GMS countries  an advantage however emphasis  be placed  a demonstrable track record  the development  successful enterprises  rural livelihood improvement programs.
