Pour un Sourire d’ Enfant (PSE) is an NGO, working to provide food, shelter, medical care, general education and vocational training to poor children in Cambodia. PSE gathers more than 600 employees and volunteers and helps over 6,500 children among the three biggest Cambodian cities: Phnom Penh, Sihanoukville and Siem Reap.

Mr. Lomy Sim, Recruitment and Training Manager at PSE, has been working for the past 10 years in the organization helping on creating a nice and friendly working environment where the employees, volunteers and students share the space. The Phnom Penh green and spacious campus is welcoming over 2,000 students and 600 employees every day.
PSE founders believed that Cambodians must be in charge of the development of their country, that is why they prioritize Khmer staff to work within the organization. With a mainly local management team the goal has been successfully reached.
